Mission News:

- Congratulations to Doris Sawbridge who celebrate her 95th birthday on Sunday the 7th March. Doris and husband John still attend Church and Sisterhood more often than not, although Doris does not always enjoy the best of health. God bless you both.

- After that just a mention of two ‘young ladies’ who two days later celebrated (or not!”) reaching a mere 60 years of age, Jill Norman and Kay Fox - 35 years behind Doris! Congratulations, girls.

- Sad to record the death of an old friend, particularly to those who belonged to the Mission Cricket Team. Colin Wooster played for the BRMCC for many years and was an accomplished batsman and wicket-keeper, where I believe he took over the grooves on Freddie Walker. Our condolences to Colin’s wife Margaret and Family.

- Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with Sheila and Ray Hood, during Sheila's long stay in Glenfield Hospital following a serious stroke. Recovery seems to be so slow but progress is being made. Let us trust the Lord that through the skill of doctors, nurses and physiotherapists and the patient support and loving care of Ray and children Peter, Phil and Stephonie, Sheila will soon be well enough to return home.

- Congratulations to Kay and Peter Fox on their recent Ruby Wedding.
